Development Path

Procumasa is a property development company with a professional path that spans over 20 years.

The origins of the company date back to 1985, when Valentin Botella, a construction businessman, formed Procumasa. However, it was not until 1988 when the first building was completed.

For more than 20 years, Procumasa has managed to differentiate themselves in the competitive sector of construction due to their Professional Values that have  become its corporate symbol:
